Can you run DISM and SFC now?

Hi all tried my all the settings shown on internet, such as window update services started yet the problem doesnt solves.
please anyone has its solution please help

- usoclient StartInteractiveScan
After 2 minutes, run:
- get-windowsupdatelog
Upload the fresh WindowsUpdate.log.

Do a repair installation right away. Since the servicing issues are fixed, the setup should run fine.

The WU client downloads files in the background, no connectivity issues were spotted. However, WU was trying to fetch the 2023-03 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5023773), which has already been installed on the computer.
You can install the latest (April) quality update by downloading the offline installer from the link below.
