Hi all tried my all the settings shown on internet, such as window update services started yet the problem doesnt solves.

please anyone has its solution please help

    LCU = Latest Cumulative Update... pls see the offline installer link I posted earlier.

    If the April LCU doesn't fix it, please do a repair installation. A repair installation will retain your files/settings/apps by default.

    Sir but how to do that ? but what is the full form of LCU Sir?
