This is how their ticket system apparently works:

They dont call, they dont email, they just mark it as "Issue resolved"

    FFS guys...

    anyone else has the same?

I flashed back. Did not help. Someone else did so and was lucky enough to have his resolved, even after flashing up again.

Did he flash back a backed up version or a fresh (old) version from the internet.
if he backed up his older bios he might have had a saved key into that backed up file (from his old bios) from his.

I might have pressed reset bios after the bios update, maybe that got rid of the key after the update?

It is the same board as mine so he would have a retail key probably that was converted to a Digital license. The bios for those boards do not have keys injected into them. So far no luck with my attempts.
