Cant Activate Windows 11 after BIOS Update !

hi , few days ago i build my new pc and install windows 11 and activate it through my microsoft account. and everything was fine . yesterday i updated my MB BIOS and after that I'm having a problem with activating windows !!

i tried troubleshooting and " change hardware " option but still getting error .

tried to contact MS support live chat but stock at num1 in line and never get respond !

my MB is Gigabyte B560 AORUS Pro AX

    Please see my post from September 25, 2024. Call Customer support and have them fix it online for you. Purchasing a license for Windows 11 just buys you a digital license which will not activate. Apparently, you cannot purchase a legacy license with a manual key. However, support can and they can activate your version of Windows 11while you have them with you logged in to your computer. They can also give you a refund for the digital license right then and there. Have all the purchasing confirmations handy. They have been very courteous with me through this process. If you have updated for free from the Windows 7/8 days to Windows 11, then a BIOS update will invalidate you activation and you will have to buy a license at that time- regardless of CPU used. With a next BIOS update you will have the registration key handy for reactivation should things not go as scheduled.
