this was the fix for me. I opened phone link, clicked on settings, and under features, i clicked the drop down for messages. I made sure the toggle for ON was checked. and then i selected "show replies from group chats as individual messages"

all of a sudden i started getting my messages.

Hope this works for anyone looking!

I can send PhoneLin messages from my Win 11 PC to anyone I want and they are received.

When the recipient (I've tried four other devices/phone numbers) of my PC message sends a reply or new message back to me - I see no notification and no message in the message list

IF the recipient of my PC message Returns call from within my sent message - I do see a notification in Phone Link that they are calling

I've carefully followed every step suggested in this thread but PhoneLink does not receive messages on my Win 11 PC

    PHONELINK WORKS FINE NOW!

When I installed PhoneLink on my iPhone it was also installed on my iPad. When the iPad and iPhone were BOTH paired with my PC no messages were received by PhoneLink on the PC.

I deleted the PhoneLink app from my iPad but left the iPad paired with the PC.

Now - I receive all the messages sent to either the iPad or iPhone on the PC as well as both iOS devices.
