Not receiving messages in Phone Link App with iOS

Hi,

I connected my iPhone in the Phone Link app.

I can send messages but the messages i receive do not appear in the app.

How can i solve this?

this was the fix for me. I opened phone link, clicked on settings, and under features, i clicked the drop down for messages. I made sure the toggle for ON was checked. and then i selected "show replies from group chats as individual messages"

all of a sudden i started getting my messages.

Hope this works for anyone looking!

    You have to have your notification settings for your IMessage set to (Show previews, Always).

    The fact that Microsoft even released this app based on it not working how the user would expect is laughable.

    I sent my brother a test text from the computer after installing this. I got a thumbs-up and thought everything was working. That was the only one of his texts that transferred to the computer. The rest are on my phone and iPad, just not on the computer. This is worthless.

    As usual, they did the bare minimum to implement something for a competitor's customers so that they could claim that the service was implemented, even though very poorly. Its pretty typical between the tech rivals. We are just pawns in their games.
