Hi,
I connected my iPhone in the Phone Link app.
I can send messages but the messages i receive do not appear in the app.
How can i solve this?

this was the fix for me. I opened phone link, clicked on settings, and under features, i clicked the drop down for messages. I made sure the toggle for ON was checked. and then i selected "show replies from group chats as individual messages"
all of a sudden i started getting my messages.

I had the same issue, however the top answer was the key. Toggling the Checkmark for group chats as individual message, who would have thought? Goofy.
