Not receiving messages in Phone Link App with iOS

Hi,

I connected my iPhone in the Phone Link app.

I can send messages but the messages i receive do not appear in the app.

How can i solve this?

Windows for home | Windows 11 | Connect Phone and PC

this was the fix for me. I opened phone link, clicked on settings, and under features, i clicked the drop down for messages. I made sure the toggle for ON was checked. and then i selected "show replies from group chats as individual messages"

all of a sudden i started getting my messages.

Hope this works for anyone looking!

    You were able to make it work by enabling message previews when unlocked on iOS? What were your settings for message previews on the Windows App?

    Yeah I'm running into this same issue, set it up fine the other day and works just fine. But now today I can send but I'm not receiving any even messages on the Phone link.

    None of these troubleshooting steps fixed this.

    Why have a messaging system when you can't receive any messages? Seems like a gigantic bug to me.
