My camera is not working. In the settings is turn on but when I tried to be on camera through zoom is not working. I went to the settings, and everything looks right. How can I solve this situation?

    Open the Camera app in Windows, do you see an error in that app or is the webcam working in that app?

    If you see an error, is that an error code, or an icon of a camera with a line through it or a camera with a lock on it?

    In the meantime:

    Look at the function keys (F1 - F12) on your keyboard, if one of them has a camera icon, press that key or Fn + that key to unlock the webcam.

    If that was not the problem, look at the camera lens above your screen, is there a privacy slider that needs to be opened to access the webcam?
