Lightshot not working after windows update

I use lightshot as it's the most convenient tool for taking screen snippets I've ever experienced, but after my new laptop updated last week, lightshot is no longer running from the background. I tried to uninstall and reinstall but did not work.

    I am already disabled "Use the print screen key to open snipping tool": Setting -> Accessibility -> Keyboard -> Use the print screen key to open snipping tool.

    Then I set the Prnt Scrn for Lightshot in Lightshot setting: Options -> Hotkeys -> General hotkey -> Select Prnt scrn again -> save.

    And now I can use the Lightshot with Prnt Scrn key

    Hi all,

    I Highly recommend you guys update all the update package in Optinal Update, it's fixed my Lightshot problem, the icon show on Tray, thanks you

    After updating the BIOS of my DELL XPS, the Lightshot Icon on the Tray is back!

    Unbelievable :) I did the same (BIOS updates for my DELL XPS) along with Windows optional updates and actually, I thought that the optional updates helped me but now I'm not sure...

    So, it's either a specific issue for DEL laptops only or maybe for other laptops as well...

    It's a bit strange but looks like it's worth updating your BIOS also.

    Hello.

    Lightshot fixed for me after Intel Updates with Intel Driver Support Assisntant the Video driver fixed it, worked on a Asus Laptop and a Dell Latitude 5430
