Lightshot not working after windows update

I use lightshot as it's the most convenient tool for taking screen snippets I've ever experienced, but after my new laptop updated last week, lightshot is no longer running from the background. I tried to uninstall and reinstall but did not work.

    Yes yes, I've updated everything, including the Optional ones. Still not working.

    Maybe I'm wrong but I suspect you don't have all available updates yet. Microsoft makes it available kinda "step by step" for people. So, probably, you should wait for some time. Keep checking updates including Optional ones that you can find under Advanced options.

    Same issue here. Did all possible updates, disabled hotkey funtion for Prt Sc, updated all firmwares for my laptop, but still, Lightshot is not even showing on my taskbar.

    Does anyone found a solution yet?

    The native snipping tool works. I've already tried to deactivate the hot keys and the lightshot still does not work. There is some incompatibility that the lightshot does not even appear on the tray.
