Lightshot not working after windows update

I use lightshot as it's the most convenient tool for taking screen snippets I've ever experienced, but after my new laptop updated last week, lightshot is no longer running from the background. I tried to uninstall and reinstall but did not work.

    Please download and install Intel® Driver & Support Assistant, visit the website and update the graphics driver to fix this error (I tried it and it worked).

    yeah! me too I reassigned my light shot.. I use sharpkeys to reassign the prtsc button to scrlk then assign the scrlk to prtsc using the light shot.

    Hello

    after making the following three optional updates it worked for me too at Dell XPS15 (I had uninstalled it and installed it again after the update)!!!

    Intel Corporation - Display - 31.0.101.4502

    Intel - SoftwareComponent - 1.42.2023.102

    Intel - SoftwareComponent - 2303.4.2.0
