Lightshot not working after windows update

I use lightshot as it's the most convenient tool for taking screen snippets I've ever experienced, but after my new laptop updated last week, lightshot is no longer running from the background. I tried to uninstall and reinstall but did not work.

    On Tray Icon, Right click on Lightshot > Options > Hotkeys > Uncheck General Hotkeys (value must be Prnt Scrn) > Check it again > HIT "OK"

    I had the same issue and solved by updating Intel's drivers via this tool. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html

    I've got the same issue. Windows 11, up-to-date including optional updates, Laptop DELL is updated as well.

    I install Lightshot with administrative permissions and it doesn't install properly: I can't see it in systray, prtscr doesn't work, though I can see it in the processes. I end the process, run the app as Admin and it doesn't help... Snipping tool is switched off. Guys, any help is very much appreciated :)

    This solution work for me,, thank you,, Dont know that having 2 graphic card intel and nvidia on laptop prevent lightshot from working

    I still have the issue.

    Lightshot is running in the background (services in the task manager). Lightshot is not visible in the tray. Lightshot does not reply to any key. I've also disabled the print screen in the accessibility area to not open Snipping Tool. I've already reinstalled Lightshot several times, always downloading the latest version and nothing. I have also formatted my laptop (windows 11) and nothing. Any solution?
