After a recent system update, my computer would no longer sign in with facial recognition. I have attempted to reset that but it seems the problem is with the camera, as I am not able to access the camera image with other apps either. All I see is a staticky background. I've also determined that the fingerprint sensor isn't working either. I'm running Windows 11 and Windows update tells me everything is fine. AVG tells me I have 12 outdated drivers, including "Detection Verification". But I don't want to pay for a subscription to update them. Why can't Windows Update detect my outdated drivers and update them? What do I need to do to get my camera and fingerprint sensor working again? Thank you.
