My Webcam is just a grey screen with some static looking lines. I had mistakenly had my camera button turned off and when I turned it back on still got grey screen when I was on my Zoom meeting. I am running window 11 .Thanks Mitch

camera is just black and fuzzy, can't see anything. tried many different things, updated computer, updated driver, turned off firewall. nothing works

Hi Hailey

Just recently bought a brand new laptop only to find my webcam not working. All of the screen is black apart from a small border at the top. And although I can see out of it, it looks to be very glitchy. I have not used this camera before and has only just encountered this. If you could, please help. Thanks
