    To whom it may concern,

    Subject: Issue with Laptop Camera

    I am writing to report an issue with the camera on my laptop. The camera is not working and shows an error message suggesting a possible obstruction. Upon checking the system settings, I confirmed that the camera is enabled. Importantly, this issue is not present on other computers. We are conducting interviews and the interviewees cannot see us, although they can hear us.
