App runs off screen in Windows 11.

shift and right click only works on windows 10 it doesn't work on windows 11. How do you do it on windows 11. And te previous suggestion of Windows+shift + arrow only minimizes it ore returns it to it's off screen location

There is a simpler solution, provided the application is not minimized.

The issue sometimes occurs when you switch screens or project your display. And here’s the key: if you access the display settings (right click on the desktop), reduce the zoom scale to a lower setting, and then restore it to the original resolution, the application will re-center itself. you can try the inverse, increase zoom and than go back to the original.

This suggests that the functionality to re-center all windows is already implemented in Windows 11 when adjusting the zoom scale. It’s simply a matter of automating this process with a dedicated button.

That said, Microsoft is unlikely to implement this — it’s too straightforward.

This has been an issue with windows since 95 and Microsoft haven’t bothered to fix it there have been some work arounds such as alt tab or cascade windows however they have now taken this away. The source code has been leaked a couple of times and it appears the fix is quite trivial I think at this stage a class action say for 10 billion dollars might be enough incentive to get Microsoft to fix some core issues rather that forcing new features on windows users that they don’t want and mean they have to relearn the interface with every update
