On windows11, one application runs offscreen. This began when I used external monitor but continued. Why?.

I found a solution, i have a dual monitor setup and I went into the display settings and changed the primary display and the window popped up on my other monitor, i moved it to where i wanted it and then switched the main display back and that worked not sure if it will stay that way when i close the program. but we will see.
Very important to use the arrow keys, not your mouse. Thanks so much for the solution!
Change the screen resolution, it will force all the apps into the current screen, drag them into the center and then change it back to the default or whatever resolution you where using, done
Just worked for me on Windows 11 and saved my butt. Maybe somethings changed since then.
