App runs off screen in Windows 11.

this is easier, faster and more reliable than any other convoluted answer I have seen!

open any other window, (folder, program, browser) hover over the maximize window at the top right but do not click, when a selection of window arrangements appears, you can choose quad, side by side or 3 frame arrangement, choose the one you just opened for the first frame and any other running programs will be an option for the second frame, choose the program that was off screen and it will be accessible to move, maximize or change at that point.

This worked for me, but I had to disable the powertools spotlight search, as it would override the action.

I can confirm that the shift + right click method does not work for the NordVPN. Simply, nothing happens. It does work for Firefox, but not for the window I actually need to move. Super frustrating.

What did work for me was alt + space. Then click move, and use the arrow keys to move the window where you need it, and left click. Hope this helps.

Hovering over the app on the taskbar does not work as you say it should. No option to Move is shown.

yes true, but it still works, even if you dont see it until the window comes in sight.

I do agree with what many pointed out though, that this should be easier.
The old "cascade all windows" into the current home screen option should be brought back! just making a hotkey for that cant be so hard no?

The shift right click method works, but it just opens an old white box in windows xp style, which seems like a very unelegant solution to the problem xD
