App runs off screen in Windows 11.

On windows11, one application runs offscreen. This began when I used external monitor but continued. Why?.

    If the app is opening off-screen, select the application on the taskbar and press this combination to move the window to your current monitor: Windows + Shift + Arrow Keys (Left or Right).

    None of the above worked for the RAS SecureID app, not even re-starting it, but I found yet another way!
    Launch Task Manager.
    Find the App in question
    I had to expand the entry to get the "child"
    Then Right click the name and the "Switch To" menu is displayed

    Min or Max didn't work for me, but "switch to" did and it popped up in the top left corner.
