Hey
I think the solution to this is the windows key+shift+TAB but make sure your on the desktop screen and towards the edge of the screen
Just speaking from having this issue a few minutes ago this seemed to help.
App runs off screen in Windows 11.

On windows11, one application runs offscreen. This began when I used external monitor but continued. Why?.
