App runs off screen in Windows 11.

On windows11, one application runs offscreen. This began when I used external monitor but continued. Why?.

    Nothing is working for me. I have tried everything and am at my wit's end. What causes this to happen in the first place? Not that it matters, I'm just thinking out loud. It is imperative I get this fixed sooner than later, but every place and person I have reached out to is unable to assist. HELP!!! Please!!!

    Gary, you have to hold down shift when you do it. Read his post and follow all the instructions, not just some.

    I think the question is more pertaining to the absence of said features. Having read the thread in its entirety, it turns out to be useless. I think that is the point. I posted in regards to this.
