I have been experiencing several bugs on my PC for 2 weeks now, apparently this was due to a corrupted user. I wanted to transfer the files to a new user and I had to go into safe mode to do so. Via msconfig I went into safe mode, I restart my pc and every time after my motherboard screen I see a small circle with dots spinning around, nothing else happens.
I have tried everything but nothing works. I also can't get into the automatic repair screen by shutting down the pc 3 times. I have also pulled the cable out 3 times but this does not work either. Also I have spammed F11, F1, F2 and F8 but this also does not work to get into automatic repair. I have also tried to boot via USB but when I enter the commands in CMD the PC does not recognize it because it boots via USB.
Now I really don't know what I can try to get out of safe mode, does anyone have a solution?

I think at this stage, your best option is to contact the support staff for your motherboard on their website, there may be some setting that is specific to that motherboard that needs to be set.
I solved it. I haven't gotten an email back from Gigabyte yet but I got it fixed by you. I had 2 SSDs in my PC and 2 HDDs. Last time I disconnected only 1 SSD (the old one) and wanted to install Windows on the new SSD. I hadn't disconnected my HDDs then because I didn't think it was necessary, then I kept getting the error. I have now unmounted everything except the SSD I want to install Windows on. It has succeeded now! I am so happy. Thanks for the help.
