I have been experiencing several bugs on my PC for 2 weeks now, apparently this was due to a corrupted user. I wanted to transfer the files to a new user and I had to go into safe mode to do so. Via msconfig I went into safe mode, I restart my pc and every time after my motherboard screen I see a small circle with dots spinning around, nothing else happens.
I have tried everything but nothing works. I also can't get into the automatic repair screen by shutting down the pc 3 times. I have also pulled the cable out 3 times but this does not work either. Also I have spammed F11, F1, F2 and F8 but this also does not work to get into automatic repair. I have also tried to boot via USB but when I enter the commands in CMD the PC does not recognize it because it boots via USB.
Now I really don't know what I can try to get out of safe mode, does anyone have a solution?

I had 2 ssd's, one I took out (my old one). The new one and 2 HDDs are still in there. I want to download Windows on the new SSD but it doesn't work, I still get the same error message. Is there no way I can reset the whole PC or whatever? I already transferred everything to an external hard drive by the notepad way anyway.
Hmm okay I hope that works for me because I'm not good with hardware. Also before I get this error it says ''Windows cannot be installed on this drive (view details)'' When I press on view details I see the following message: ''Cannot install Windows on this drive. The write may not work soon. If other disks are available, install Windows in another location. I also can't send a message, I get this error message on Microsoft forum ''Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again.'' So this is me on a second account
Please disconnect all the other drives from your PC and try installing Windows again
