I have been experiencing several bugs on my PC for 2 weeks now, apparently this was due to a corrupted user. I wanted to transfer the files to a new user and I had to go into safe mode to do so. Via msconfig I went into safe mode, I restart my pc and every time after my motherboard screen I see a small circle with dots spinning around, nothing else happens.
I have tried everything but nothing works. I also can't get into the automatic repair screen by shutting down the pc 3 times. I have also pulled the cable out 3 times but this does not work either. Also I have spammed F11, F1, F2 and F8 but this also does not work to get into automatic repair. I have also tried to boot via USB but when I enter the commands in CMD the PC does not recognize it because it boots via USB.
Now I really don't know what I can try to get out of safe mode, does anyone have a solution?

If you are not able to recognise the USB, Then open the USB winre and type cd C:\Windows\
(Replace c: with your windows installation partition)

DaveM121 933.9K Reputation points Independent Advisor2023-06-08T10:14:45+00:00 If none of the other recovery options are working for you, even form the USB, then you will need to boot into the recovery environment on your PC and perform the Windows Reset option, it is not available on the USB recovery environment
