How to disable Caps Lock notification?

I’m sorry that you are experiencing this issue.

1. Hit the Windows key & type: Control Panel and then open it.
2. Now change the View by to Large Icons & open Keyboard.
3. Then steer to the Key Settings tab & double-click on Caps Lock.
4. Now uncheck ‘Displays Caps Lock Status on Screen’ & reboot your PC.
5. Upon reboot, check if the system is clear of the caps lock notification.

If that does not help, It is probably caused by an OEM utility, preinstalled app on your laptop. To find out, perform a clean boot.

1. Press Windows + R to open Run, type msconfig in the text field, and click hit Enter.
2. Go to the Services tab, tick the checkbox for Hide all Microsoft services, and then click on Disable All.
3. Now, navigate to the Startup tab, and click on Open Task Manager.
4. Select any apps that read Enabled under the Status column, and click Disable.
5. Once done, head back to System Configuration, and click on Apply and OK.
6. Click on Restart in the prompt that appears.
7. After the PC restarts, check if the problem is fixed. If yes, one of the processes or services you disabled earlier is the underlying cause.
8. Now, enable the services and startup apps one at a time unless the problematic one is identified, and then make sure to disable it.

I had the same thing happening on my Dell laptop. I had to go to Computer Management -> Services -> Dell Peripheral Manager and stop the service. That immediately stopped the annoying notifications. I set that service to start manually instead of automatic. I hope this helps someone.
