I had the same thing happening on my Dell laptop. I had to go to Computer Management -> Services -> Dell Peripheral Manager and stop the service. That immediately stopped the annoying notifications. I set that service to start manually instead of automatic. I hope this helps someone.
This doesn't match my screen at all. This setting was off, I remember turning it off and came back for some reason. it's messing with mt keyboard a lot. right now the caps light is on and the screen said it's on but it's not because as you can see i am not typing in caps. this feature is so pointless, my keyboard light up when i press it so why would i need this feature on screen?
Oh my frickin' god, thank you! This just started with the last update (the automatic updates ALWAYS screw up something!) and it was driving me nuts.
Bro, you are my fav person on this planet. Now i can open map in game 😭
