I had the same thing happening on my Dell laptop. I had to go to Computer Management -> Services -> Dell Peripheral Manager and stop the service. That immediately stopped the annoying notifications. I set that service to start manually instead of automatic. I hope this helps someone.
it worked for me (msconfig → services → ...). Thanks. After a long series of trials and errors, activating and deactivating each app of the service list and restarting windows after every alteration, I discovered that the "Logi Options +" app for my mouse was the responsible (I kept the application activated in the system and changed the app configuration settings, disabling "notification caps lock, num lock, scroll and Fn lock")
Hello correct solution would be
1.Settings
2.Accessibility
3.Keyboard
4.Under notification preferences uncheck notify me when I turn on sticky, filter, or toggle keys on or off from the keyboard.
Thats it guys
Thank you! I've followed 15 different worthless suggestions and videos. Your solution is the first one to work at all. And it worked perfectly. I'm one of those annoying adults who uses caps lock to capitalize letters instead of holding the shift key. Horrible habit when I was learning to type, never addressed it properly, so I was getting the caps lock notification about a hundreds times an hour... Thank you.
