i want to know if to use onedrive you have to manually upload files by the upload button or does onedrive upload files automatically without you knowing

i have got private videos on my computer which i have deleted and i have lost the account that i have my onedrive on but i don’t really need that account but half of my family use my computer for work and i want to know if onedrive automatically uploads file onto onedrive without me knowing because the private videos i have deleted of my Videos file on my file explorer and i forgot my email and password for that onedrive account so i don’t know if them private videos are uploaded without me wanting them there or do you have to manually do it?

    Sorry, I was offline.

    If you put the video file into a folder tat was being synced by OneDrive, then you delete the file on your PC, that will automatically delete it from OneDrive online.

    and because i have tested and it doesn’t work i have turned on for documents to upload and it isn’t working

    okay so pretend i put a file into documents will that go straight to onedrive and so will the videos (i forgot to mention i had more than 1 can’t remember how many)not be on onedrive will they be deleted? because i’m not sure if they are on onedrive or not but i can’t check since i have no access to the onedrive account

    The file is deleted from your PC, it was never on OneDrive, so it will not need to be deleted from there.
