"Efficiency Mode" to OFF

Settings to maximize performance.

Opened Edge with 9 tabs, used for 15 minutes (every tab)

19 tabs and processes in "Efficiency Mode"

Types question

30 tabs and processes in "Efficiency Mode"

Windows STOPPED

Unable to change tabs or programs

The (anti) efficiency mode is severely disrupting system performance.

WHY?

How do I STOP this?

    I did not ASK how to turn off efficiency mode in Chrome. I asked how to turn it off for EVERYTHING. This is a desktop computer and does not have a battery for the OPERATING SYSTEM to save.

    Having same issue, all this mode has done is make my PC unusable, turned it right off.

    If Microsoft does not fix this efficiency issue, it will give Apple more sales on MACS. They need to allow their customers full access. They paid for the computer, after all.

    Same here. I always supported Microsoft because I could do it my way as opposed to other OS options. Now I have just booted back to my Windows 10 boot most of the time as I can't work in Windows 11 well anymore. Idf it wwere my hardware causing the issue, why doesn't this happen in Windows 10 on the same computer?
