says “You’re connected using a virtual network adapter that we can’t test”. I’m not using a virtual network adapter though

    Hi. Was this ever resolved for you? I have a Lenovo and out of nowhere, it stopped working.

    Specify the make and model of your computer and how do you connect to the internet, via LAN or WiFi?

    Go to Network Connections and post a screenshot.

    Hi,it's a Lenovo ideapad 1wi fi.
