says “You’re connected using a virtual network adapter that we can’t test”. I’m not using a virtual network adapter though

    If you have recently uninstalled any software ex: VMWARE, try to reinstall it and follow all the procedures. (Like if it pop up for restart, don't skip for later just restart it). This way we have solved this issue.

    Yes, after that you can uninstall it again.

    My solution was to type 'recovery' in search box, click on 'recovery', then 'Open system restore' and go back in time.
