I used the recovery option. 'type recovery' in search box bottom left of screen, click on @Recovery, Control panel, then 'open system restore' and take your computer back a few days.

Help how do i fix "you are connected using a virtual network adapter that we can't test fix but there isn't no virtual adapter."

my laptop was resetted and it was still the same i couldn't connect to wifi because of this error message however i went on the network adapter page on device manager and it only shows the built in wifi drivers in the laptop no virtual network adapters shown even on show hidden drivers

Recovery states:

"System restore does not affect any of your documents, pictures, or other personal data." but "recently installed programs and drivers might be uninstalled."

My comp was brand new so nothing new had been installed.

Sorry, that's all I've got. (apart from the usual switching it off and then back on / restart)

System Restore takes U back in digital time. If U've done work since or between digital restore points, U lose it!
