My system just did the lastest windows 11 update and all my tasbar items have been combined. When I go into taskbar behaviours to uncheck the option, the option does not exist? I tried searching settings and nothing appears. What can I do?

that's bad. I just upgraded in Nov 2024 and got this one Version 10.0.22631 Build 22631 so not sure how long I'd have to wait to get that functionality back. BTW how did QA miss this feature? Really hate this feature because when you have many back to back meetings, all notifications keep grouped at the bottom and takes time to dismiss individually.
No worries. It's now available to everyone starting with Windows 11 version 22H2 KB5030310 Build 22621.2361.
After last 2025 update feature "disable taskbar combine" disapeared. I used ExplorerPacher and resolved problem.
What if you want to never combine the buttons but always hide the labels? :(

I have the same problem is really annoying and counter-productive!
Any 3rd-party software that fixes this simple thing that Microsoft is unable to fix in 2 years now???
