Can't un-combined taskbar items in windows 11
Can't un-combine taskbar items in Windows 11 after latest update
My system just did the lastest windows 11 update and all my tasbar items have been combined. When I go into taskbar behaviours to uncheck the option, the option does not exist? I tried searching settings and nothing appears. What can I do?

2024-09-13T15:46:22+00:00 I have the option to Never combine my taskbar items in Windows 11. I just doesn't work. it still combines them. and on top of that, once combined it will only let me see 5 of the applications that i have open at once, so if I want to go to a different application that i already have open i now have to click the 3 dots and find it and the tab and click on it and a different app will disappear. This is supposed to be efficient??!!!? I'm asking to go back to 10. if anyone knows how to make the Never selection actually work, I'd appreciate it.

2024-08-03T05:43:28+00:00 In my case, Windows 11 did not automatically install major updates (e.g., v23H2) because my hardware is not supported.
The combine taskbar options became available by updating Windows manually to v23H2 by following the guide above. -
