Starfield error code 0xc000001d

Everytime I launch Starfield I get the error code 0xc00001d. Is there anyway to fix this? I've already reinstalled the game and don't know what to do know. Please help!

    The game is not officially released yet and will not be unlocked until Sept 6.

    Minimum PC specifications (aka - config)

    1. Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X, Intel Core i7-6800K
    2. Memory: 16 GB RAM
    3. Graphics: AMD Radeon RX 5700, NVIDIA GeForce 1070 T
    4. 125GB HDD\SSD space

    I have the premium edition so I should be able to play. My PC is far better than the minimum requirements.

    Did you order the game before Sept 1 ?

    From the MS Store....

    "* Actual play time depends on purchase date and is subject to possible outages and applicable time zone differences."

    Steam says - "Pre-purchase...", and The Humble Store says "Pre-order with up to 5 days early access"

    Hmm, just noticed the game min spec will run with Win10, but if the game has Ray Tracing lighting effects

    (If not, I wonder why. Maybe it will be added later?) you will need Win11.
