I installed KB5030310 update and Copilot is not showing

I have installed the update that became available today called "2023-09 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5030310)" and this did not give me the Microsoft Copilot function. Nothing happens when pressing WIN-C and I can't find settings for this function anywhere.

So what I did is join the Windows Insider Program (Dev channel) and got the latest update so I'm now running Windows 11 version 23H OS build 22631.2361 and I still don't see Windows Copilot function. Am I missing something?

    I've got the same problem - brand new Surface Laptop Studio 2, in the USA.

    Hitting Windows-C keys gets me the Teams startup dialog. And if I right-click and do Taskbar Settings, I see "chat" as an option (but not CoPilot).

    My Settings -> System -> About says OS Build is "22621.2428" with Windows Experience Pack "1000.22674.1000.0", which is identical to another system that has copilot installed correctly (and no teams!!). I am also running Windows 11 Home, and I installed the group policy editor just to see if there was anything going on, but the copilot policy was "not configured" and changing it didn't seem to change anything.

    I do wonder if because this was new lots of updates were installed at once, if the teams button they put in there somehow overwrote the CoPilot button because of an out-of-order feature install. Speculation, of course.

    But I'd love a fix. And the web-address thing at the top of this thread just opens edge for me.

    sad that Microsoft hype us and can't even deliver on the basics of enabling or installing co pilot app base not edge extensions.

    My copilot is listed but it's not working (Not popping up even I click for so many times). This also affects my Microsoft Edge not popping up too. The only time it work is restart my pc and then work for the first but not the second time when I closed it. So, I believe that is a bug.

    Same problem here in Canada, restarting my desktop took away the Copilot icon from the taskbar as well as the ability to start it with keyboard shortcuts.
