I installed KB5030310 update and Copilot is not showing

I have installed the update that became available today called "2023-09 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5030310)" and this did not give me the Microsoft Copilot function. Nothing happens when pressing WIN-C and I can't find settings for this function anywhere.

So what I did is join the Windows Insider Program (Dev channel) and got the latest update so I'm now running Windows 11 version 23H OS build 22631.2361 and I still don't see Windows Copilot function. Am I missing something?

    I'm the U.S. and I'm having the exact same problem--Copilot was on the Taskbar and in Settings; then I installed a Windows Update and now Copilot isn't on the Taskbar and it's not listed in Settings.

    As with everything at Microsoft never try to install or take their word for it when it comes to version 1.0. The fact that the release notes state that if you live in North America then, it is installed, is complete bunk. I remember when they rolled out Windows 3.5. It also worked following initial install sporadically. You have to consider the source when it comes to brand new software, and don't think you'll be better off with Apple because they have all the exact same issues.

    Today after an Update it happened to be shown again at the text bar, but in the preview form.

    is there a similar command that I could use to access the copilot in like word or excel? I have bing search engine. But all the posts suggest I should have Copilot access, I am in Canada, I am running on 23H2 and yet if I search "Copilot" in windows anywhere it has to go to the online search to find it at all, the store is the same thing like there is not even an app description with the word in it

    Copilot was working fine on Windows 11 but this morning after an a windows update, the icon in the taskbar does not show and I don't know how to run it on myt windows machine.
