I installed KB5030310 update and Copilot is not showing

I have installed the update that became available today called "2023-09 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5030310)" and this did not give me the Microsoft Copilot function. Nothing happens when pressing WIN-C and I can't find settings for this function anywhere.

So what I did is join the Windows Insider Program (Dev channel) and got the latest update so I'm now running Windows 11 version 23H OS build 22631.2361 and I still don't see Windows Copilot function. Am I missing something?

    My region is Brazil South America. I have 3 notebooks, 2 Samsung, a galaxy book 360 pro and pro 3 360, and 1 msi katana. One bought in Brazil and two in US.

    However, after enabling Copilot to start automatically on startup, I only see an empty space on the right side of the screen. It seems like Copilot is attempting to launch but fails. This also shifts my desktop folders to the left, making room for the non-appearing Copilot window.

    hmm, the shift to left is known, it is a ”feature”, but the blank window empty space I dont know why it appears, to me it works fine.
    the blank window issue I have it on my android phone in edge, but on windows laptop it works.
    I am curious if selecting the blank window and hit F5 (refresh) does anything? just realized you said empty space, not blank window
    I also had the region set to USA not Romania, when I made the shortcut, maybe that has an effect somehow. Not sure what to say in your case.

    i created a shortcut on desktop and pasted the command, and now I just click on that shortcut, but I cannot put it on taskbar, also couldn't find the real icon of Copilot (now it shows the edge icon)

    PS: if you open Windows Explorer and type in the address bar: ”shell:startup” and hit enter, then you can paste the shortcut from the desktop in this newly opened folder, and this way Copilot opens every time you open the laptop.
