Why does Windows update 2023-09 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5030310) fail to install when it's not for my co-workers? All other updates are downloaded and installed with no problem. I believe this is the Pre-CoPilot update that I have been waiting for. Install error Install error - 0x80070002.

2023-10-12T18:25:00+00:00 Good luck, I kept getting update errors and failures. Microsoft rep said My Windows 11 was defective. She reinstalled it and things are great.
