I have reenabled phone link after not using it for many months. I now have two text messages in phone link that do not exist on my phone. How do I delete them? Thanks.

When are going to fix this issue?
There is no way to delete.
This seems to work! You have to go to the spam folder on your phone, long press each message to check it, then click the trash can at the top of the screen. I wish they had a "select all".
It is interesting that Intel Unison, which provides an identical connection to Android phones and includes file transfer, has exactly the same problem with spam messages being displayed. That suggests the possibility that the API Google provides to allow apps to interface with a phone does not provide a way to identify messages in the spam folder. If so, Google must fix the API before Microsoft and Intel can fix their apps.
