I cant sign my microsoft account out of my windows account

When i try sign out or remove device and try to sign out the built in administrator account it wont let me. On the built in admin i cant sign out of my microsoft account: How do i do it

    i can but it says media is disconnected and sometimes I cant reply to this because there is an error

    Errors trying to reply on this forum can happen, that is not related to a network problem, it is a bug on this forum.

    also is there a way to factory ONLY the built in administrator account and erase all files on it and sign out of the Microsoft account and be like it was before I signed in.ss

    if i make a new account can I make it a built in local administrator account like the default one with every computer?
