I cant sign my microsoft account out of my windows account

I do not know what actions the Microsoft support person performed, but if this is where they deleted the user account from, that was the wrong procedure, please provide the screenshot of that location in you registry.

Because the wrong method was used to remove that account your best option now will be to create a new local account and move your data from the old account to the new account.

Alternatively, n the left pane of the Registry Editor, select 'Computer' at the top.

Then choose Edit - Find and search for the Email address on that account you want to remove, to see if you can find it elsewhere in your registry and please provide a screenshot of what you find.

I found a folder with my email, also i cant make another account

You can safely delete that folder in the left pane, then continue searching the registry editor (press F3) to see if there are any more entries.

What happens if you try to make a new user account?
