I cant sign my microsoft account out of my windows account

When i try sign out or remove device and try to sign out the built in administrator account it wont let me. On the built in admin i cant sign out of my microsoft account: How do i do it

    If your account is not showing in 'Your Info' and in 'Access Work or School' then where are you now seeing your account listed?

    Click your Start Button, type regedit and hit Enter to open the Registry Editor.

    Click View and make sure 'Address Bar' is turned on.

    Paste this into the Address Bar at the top and hit Enter.

    HKEY_USERS.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\IdentityCRL\StoredIdentities

    Please provide a screenshot of that Registry Editor page.

    As i said before i got the microsoft support person to delete the user files but I'm still signed in
