I cant sign my microsoft account out of my windows account

When i try sign out or remove device and try to sign out the built in administrator account it wont let me. On the built in admin i cant sign out of my microsoft account: How do i do it

    when the microsoft support person told me to remove those files did that corrupt my account?

    Yes, that caused the problem, it was the wrong method to remove the Microsoft Account.

    how can i fix it without making a new account? also does removing the Microsoft account fix it*. Also did it affect my other user*

    Creating a new account is the best and correct option to ensue this s done correctly and not affect anything else including the other account on your PC.

    if my administrator account is corrupt will the email be damaged itself and will other account be damaged or affected?
