I cant sign my microsoft account out of my windows account

When i try sign out or remove device and try to sign out the built in administrator account it wont let me. On the built in admin i cant sign out of my microsoft account: How do i do it

    i dont want to because this computer is connected to a school network and i cant reconnect to azure. And also is it the folder with my email i delete?

    You can safely delete that folder in the left pane, then continue searching the registry editor (press F3) to see if there are any more entries.

    What happens if you try to make a new user account?
