I cant sign my microsoft account out of my windows account

When i try sign out or remove device and try to sign out the built in administrator account it wont let me. On the built in admin i cant sign out of my microsoft account: How do i do it

    also is there a way to factory ONLY the built in administrator account and erase all files on it and sign out of the Microsoft account and be like it was before I signed in.ss

    i can but it says media is disconnected and sometimes I cant reply to this because there is an error

    Is this a separate problem you are now having with your PC, can you not connect to the Internet?

    and also when i do ipconfig /renew after I did ipconfig /flush on cmd it says this:

    No operation can be performed on Local Area Connection* 1 while it has its media disconnected.

    No operation can be performed on Local Area Connection* 2 while it has its media disconnected.

    How do I reconnect to media.
