I cant sign my microsoft account out of my windows account

When i try sign out or remove device and try to sign out the built in administrator account it wont let me. On the built in admin i cant sign out of my microsoft account: How do i do it

    If your Account is not showing on the Your Info page now, is it appearing if you go to Accounts - Access Work or School?

    Ok, but i contacted microsoft support to help and they tried to remove the account so it doesnt say any account is connected here but it says everywhere else:

    I don't have either of those options, also is there a way to factory reset ONLY my built in administrator account and disconnecting all Microsoft accounts from it without disconnecting from the azure AD
