Clipboard problems (can not copy/paste) in Windows 11

Yes, after a clean install due to this bug, and an update to 23h2, and getting my previous customization up to snuff, then I began to find that the clipboard intermittently fails to copy. For instance, right clip and copy on this page results in nothing to paste. I did follow solution 2 here https://thegeekpage.com/solved-fix-copy-paste-not-working-on-windows-10/  but it does not fix the problem. System has plenty of available RAM and 138GB of free disk space on the C drive.

The only error in event viewer that I can that may be related to this is: "The backing-file for the real-time session "PCA file tracing session" has reached its maximum size. As a result, new events will not be logged to this session until space becomes available."

After hundrerds if not thousands of user that have/are encountering this problem, WHY has Microsoft not fixed this.NERVER had this trouble until I upgrade to a PC with Windows 11. Soon as I have the time and energy I'm downgrading (an upgreade in usability) to Winows 10. My biggest problem is that when this cut/paster issue pops up it also renders my ability to turn off my computer without having to use the machine's power button, which is a hassle on my desktop.

Time to close all Windows :( I've also been using MS since 1980 and it has been going downhill as of lately. Let's look at the issues:

1. Copy/Paste Failures
2. File open (right click in explorer) fails often (esp for pdf files)
3. mailto links don't work
4. Is outlook the "new outlook"? What happened to getting version numbers?

So much basic functionality is failing. I think Linux may end up being my new desktop/OS and use Windows when I have to.

This is somewhat related to the current issue, as are possible replacements, and I have looked into Copy Q but it seems too much for me. Right now, since rebooting the clipboard is working, but there is a delay posting from one program which is a new hitch.

But if I may comment on the general trend, while Windows has become more mature and secure, its changes often reduce the amount of customization one had done and can do, partly since it seems Windows thinks minimalist, non-efficienct, non-compact menus and enhancements are what most should want, as if viewing just a few web pages (you cannot even hack Chrome and Edge to enable multiple tab rows) and emails, and a few documents should suffice. I wonder how many programmers and or their superiors are intensive desktop users.

However, I thank G-D that there are coders who provide such free, safe, tested enhancement software such as Explorer Patcher and 7+ Taskbar Tweaker beta, Open Shell, Ultimate Windows Tweaker, Win Areo Tweaker, AutoHotKey, Windows DesktopOK, etc. Resulting in these expansive quickly accessible layouts (composite image).

Without which I may have switched to a Linux distro. However, they tend toward even less efficiency, such as constantly requiring sudo this and that, or knowing other codes. It is not worth the time it would take to learn and enable the degree of customization I can do in Windows (even 11) via such programs and some simple registry hacks.

What the heck has happened? this was a rock solid feature untill I upgraded to windows 11. Microsoft what are you doing? Why is my clipboard so unreliable now? It is a VERY IMPORTANT feature.
