My internet connection is ok.

Before that was message "Continue installation without flag settings from https://clientsettingscdn.roblox.com/v2/settings/aplication/PCClientBootstraper"

Found the solution: use vpn

Not only do I want to install Roblox again and I don't get that action, it tells me the same error as before and I don't know what to do

I enabled enscryption in my pc and it fixed the issue you have to do this-
1. Open control panel .
2. Go to network and internet .
3. go to Internet options.
4. select advance tab.
5. scroll down.
6. enable SSL and TSL options.
